Buck Blessing, President/Citizen-at-Large: Buck founded Griffis/Blessing, Inc., a real estate investment and management firm, in Colorado Springs in 1985. Buck is active in the Colorado community and is a Director of UMB Bank and a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Some of his past involvement includes Chairman of the Colorado Real Estate Commission, Chairman of the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Chairman of of the Pikes Peak Region Better Business Bureau, President of the Downtown Partnership, Chairman of the Community Development Advisory Board, and Chairman of the Colorado College Business and Community Alliance. Other recognitions include: Chamber of Commerce "Small Business Person of the Year," and Colorado Business Journal's 'Colorado Climbers' recognizing "40 New Leaders 40 and Under." Michele ("Mike") Bloom, Board Vice-Chair/Education: Mike is Dean Emeritus of the Women's College of the University of Denver.  She is an educator with over 40 years of experience in higher education and K-12 public education.  Mike has served on a number of Advisory Committees and Boards of Directors including the Mental Health Association of Colorado, Girls Count, Colorado Springs Public Schools, the Denver Foundation, and the Rose Foundation. Mike and her husband Steve have lived in Colorado for almost 40 years.  She is an avid birder and has traveled extensively throughout Colorado, the U.S. and 22 foreign countries to watch and study birds and their natural habitats.  They share their love of the natural world and a commitment to conservation with their three sons and three grandsons. Tom Hoyt, Natural Resources: Tom is co-founder and a director of McStain Neighborhoods. Tom and his wife Caroline took over McStain in 1966 with a compelling vision of "Building a Better World."  Active in the community, Tom has been a director and board chairman of the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, has been involved with Plan Boulder County and Historic Boulder and is past chair of the City of Boulder's Transportation Planning Task Force.  Tom was a Trustee for 9 years with the Colorado Nature Conservancy and was inducted into the Boulder County Business Hall of Fame and was awarded the 2001 Professional Achievement Award by Professional Builder Magazine for his efforts in advancing green building and development practices in the industry.   Tom was selected to serve on the Colorado Board of Land Commissioners in September 2007.  Term Expires: 2013

Tom Gray, Local Government: Tom is a Moffat County Commissioner who has lived in Moffat County for 40 years. He was born and raised on a ranch in eastern Colorado, but now operates his own ranch. He has also run an explosive supply company for 20 years. Tom received an award from the Legacy Foundation for outstanding conservation practices ranching on his ranch. He serves on the boards of the Wisconsin Ditch Company, Colorado River Water Conservation District, Yampa/White/Green River Roundtable and NACO. Term Expires: 2015

Sandy Leinsdorf, Agriculture: Sandy was raised on her family's historic 4,200 acre cattle ranch in Gunnison County, Colorado. She was the president of the Crested Butte Land Trust - a conservation organization that has protected over 5,000 acres of open space, wildlife habitat, viewsheds and ranch properties - for six years. She has also been president of the Crested Butte Community School Accountability Committee and the Parent Teacher Association. As founding director of the Crested Butte Center for the Arts, she helped create Crested Butte's first performing arts center. Sandy and her attorney husband, David, raised a son who works in New York City and a daughter who attends the University of Michigan. Term Expires: 2013
